We booked you for a private event, but we'll have to cancel. Can we get a refund?
It's understandable that unforeseen circumstances arise. To finalize a booking with us, we require all event hosts to:

- Agree & sign an event contract
- Submit a non-refundable deposit
- Finalize remaining balance after completion of services at event site

can we choose the theme of the booths for our event?
For private events, we can absolutely help showcase your brand, product or special guest of honor by customizing 2 out of 3 of our booths based on the theme of your event from our selection list. We'll also provide suggestions and finalize details alongside you for picture perfect fun!
How many booths do you provide?
With every event, we provide the following:
- Your choice of 1, 2, or 3 booths with themed backdrops (including wall & floor)
- If choosing 3 booths, 2 of the 3 booths are interchangeable per event in terms of theme
- Optional privacy curtains for each booth
- 3, 4, or 5 solid colored backdrops intended for head shots/closeups as they lack wall separation and flooring
- LED color & white light
- Selfie stands
- Fan to give wind to move hair/garments
- A few props
- Optional photo posing/directing and photo taking
- A good time!
If my friend is only taking my photo & not using booths, does he/she/they also have to pay?
Yay for having friends! And for public events, we only charge per person utilizing the booths and backdrops.
In other words, if your friend is behind the camera taking your pictures, he/she/they will not have to worry about payment. However, if we see your friend jumping in for photos, we will either charge your card on file for another entry fee or ask your friend to sign up & finalize payment accordingly.

Do you accept cash at public events? And what's your multi-day price?
At this time, we only accept payment on site through our processing feature with any major credit/debit cards.
If Selfie Stand is at a convention/public event that runs for 2 or more days, we want to give you the opportunity to come back to our booth each day without having to pay each time! Simply use the add-on feature for our multi-day price option when purchasing during event time, and that's it!

SO IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD BRING TO THE BOOTH?
Just bring your phone (charged up, bestie), or if you prefer a professional camera, that's fine too! If you know we're coming to a public event in your area, and you want to utilize your own props, feel free to do so!
Please note, if we deem any props you bring to be hazardous, messy, or infringing on booth space, we will ask you to remove said props or be removed.

- Baby powder
- Baby oil/oil-based products that can smear on our props and booths
- Water/sprinkler/water balloons, etc.
- No smoke/fog machine
- No matches/fire
- No vaping/smoking/drugs, weapons
- Also, we kindly ask that you do not eat or drink inside the booths
